Should you give a tip to the person who sold you the winning scratch-off ticket ?
Not the Lottery, but stratch-off ticket, $500 bucks? Please answer for my friends and I are unsure. Some say yes, most say no. HELP!
The person who sold me the ticket is the store owner. However, he is the only person I am willing to buy Lottery tickets or stratch-off tickets from.
It’s only the polite thing to do, I would definatly give him 10%, you don’t have to, but I would.
