Bear Birthday

How much should I budget for a build-a-bear birthday for 6 people?

I haven’t gotten a price yet but wondering if anyone else has done it and how much did it end up costing?

okay, so it’s at least 6 people, and a minimum of 10 dollars per person.

For 10 dollars you get:
-A ten dollar about, which is a choice of 2-3 bears depending on store avalibility.

For 12 dollars, you can open it up to any bear up to 12, which will give you about 5-6 choices.

If you are interested in clothes, it starts at 15 dollars per person which gets you:
-A ten dollar bear, and a five dollar t-shirt or accessory
or
-Any animal up to 15, what ever is left you can get a 3 dollar sound or whatever etc.

For 20 dollars:
-10 dollar bear, 10 dollar outfit (makes it more equal)
-Any animal up to 20, whatever you have left is clothes.

And so on. Be sure to tell your party leader at BABW if you want it to be specific, like a certain amount for animals, and a certain amount for clothes, or if you want to set the budget and have it be any way. .

Minimum you will pay is 60 dollars plus tax, and that’s 10 dollars per person.

It’s a lot of fun, and highly recommended. The people at BABW do EVERYTHING for you, so you just get to enjoy the party. Keep in mind there is no food allowed to be served in the store, but many stores have partnerships with restuarants in the mall that will offer discounts for BABW party guests.

Presents being opened are not part of the party, but can be held upon request by the associates during the party.

You will get with every party:
-1 party leader to assist you and run the party
-each guest gets an animal
-bows and ribbons to dress it up
-a birthcertificate
-a cub condo carrying case (house)
-a party favor (virtual gift/coupon)
-autograph bear for everyone to sign
-picture taken of the whole group on a nice digital camera.
-MEMORIES AND FUN!

When you book the party, save the confirmation code they give you, and you can use it to join the virtual world and recieve a cool virtual party room for buildabearville, the online world. You can also bring your friends to life online, similar to webkins.
